PIRKIMO TAISYKLĖS IR RIVATUMO POLITIKA

1. Bendrosios nuostatos

1.1. Šios privatumo sąlygos (toliau – „Sąlygos“) reglamentuoja pagrindinius principus ir tvarką, kuria remdamasis Pardavėjas (toliau – „Mes“) tvarko myhandmadegift.com (toliau – el. parduotuvėje) Pirkėjų (toliau – „Jūsų“) užsakymo metu pateiktus asmens duomenis.

1.2. Jūsų asmeninių duomenų tvarkymą nustato šios sąlygos, LR Asmens duomenų teisinės apsaugos įstatymas ir kiti teisės aktai, reglamentuojantys tokių duomenų rinkimą.

1.3. Pirkti myhandmadegift.com elektroninėje parduotuvėje turi teisę veiksnūs fiziniai asmenys; nepilnamečiai nuo keturiolikos iki aštuoniolikos metų amžiaus, tik turėdami tėvų arba rūpintojų sutikimą, išskyrus tuos atvejus, kai jie savarankiškai disponuoja savo pajamomis.

2. Užsakymo pateikimo taisyklės

2.1 Laikoma, kad pirkėjas patvirtina savo užsakymą, kai jį apmoka.

2.2 Laikoma, kad myhandmadegift.com patvirtina užsakymą kai gauna mokėjimą už pateiktą užsakymą.

2.3 Vykdomi tik patvirtinti užsakymai. Prie kiekvienos prekės yra nurodoma ar prekė jau yra pagaminta ar gaminama po užsakymo ("gamybos terminas") ir kiek darbo dienų tai trunka.

2.4. Prekės, kurios turi gamybos terminą yra laikomos individualios gamybos prekėmis. Šios prekės yra nekeičiamos ir negrąžinamos.

2.5. Kiekvienas užsakymas yra registruojamas ir saugomas myhandmadegift.com internetinės parduotuvės duomenų bazėje.

2.6. Jūs užsakydami prekes turite pateikti išsamią ir teisingą informaciją apie save. Jeigu Jūs pateikiate netikslius, melagingus ar klaidinančius duomenis, mes turime teisę anuliuoti Jūsų užsakymą.

2.7. Mes pripažįstame ir gerbiame kiekvieno fizinio asmens, kuris lankosi el. parduotuvėje, teisę į privatumą. Mes užsakymo metu renkame ir panaudojame fizinio asmens duomenis (vardą, pavardę, adresą, telefono numerį, elektroninio pašto adresą) tam, kad: apdorotume Jūsų prekių ar paslaugų užsakymus; išspręstume problemas, susijusias su prekių pateikimu ar pristatymu; įvykdytume kitus sutartinius įsipareigojimus.

2.8. Asmens duomenys yra tvarkomi saugiomis priemonėmis, kurios apsaugo šiuos duomenis nuo neteisėto sunaikinimo, atskleidimo ar kitų neteisėtų veiksmų.

3. Asmens duomenų perdavimas trečiosioms šalims

3.1. pateikti asmeniniai duomenys teikiami trečiosioms šalims – siuntų tarnyboms, užsakymo įgyvendinimo tikslu. Duomenys gali būti perduoti teisėsaugos institucijoms pagal Lietuvos Respublikos teisės aktų numatytą tvarką.

4. Informacijos ar pretenzijos perdavimas

4.1. Visi pranešimai, susiję su asmens duomenų tvarkymu, yra pateikiami vaisvil.lina@gmail.com.

4.2. Atsakymą mes pateikiame tokia forma, kuria gavome pranešimą ar pretenziją.

5. Asmens duomenų tvarkymas

5.1. Jūs sutinkate, kad asmens duomenys, kuriuos Jūs savo noru pateikiate užsakymo pateikimo metu, būtų tvarkomi remiantis šiomis taisyklėmis.

6. Slapukai

6.1. Mes naudojame analitinius slapukus. Šie slapukai leidžia suskaičiuoti svetainės lankytojus bei stebėti, kaip lankytojai juda po interneto svetainę ja naudodamiesi. Tai padeda pagerinti svetainės veikimą, pavyzdžiui, užtikrinti, kad vartotojai galėtų lengvai rasti tai, ko ieško. Šių slapukų renkamų duomenų tvarkymo pagrindas yra Jūsų sutikimas.

7. Taisyklių keitimas

7.1. Mes turime teisę iš dalies ar visiškai pakeisti Privatumo sąlygas, apie tai pranešdami el. parduotuvėje.

7.2. Jei Jūs po šių sąlygų pasikeitimų naudojatės el. parduotuvės teikiamomis paslaugomis, mes tai vertinsime kaip Jūsų sutikimą su sąlygų pakeitimu.

8. Baigiamosios nuostatos

8.1. Šioms Privatumo sąlygoms yra taikoma Lietuvos Respublikos teisė.

8.2. Visi nesutarimai dėl šių taisyklių vykdymo yra sprendžiami derybų keliu. Nepavykus susitarti, nesutarimai yra sprendžiami Lietuvos Respublikos įstatymų nustatyta tvarka.

PREKIŲ PAKAVIMO, SIUNTIMO IR GRĄŽINIMO TVARKA

Prekių pakavimas

Perkant daugiau nei vieną prekę, visos prekės pakuojamos į vieną pakuotę. Siunčiamos viena pakuote. Jeigu pageidaujama kitokio pakavimo - apie tai būtinai parašykite komentaro langelyje, kurį gasite užsakymo apmokėjimo metu, kuomet reikės suvesti savo duomenis. Prekių siuntimas/atsiėmimas

Gavus užsakymą, jūsų užsakytos prekės paruošiamos ir išsiunčiamo per prie gaminio aprašymo nurodytą gamybos terminą.

Prekės Lietuvoje siunčiamos naudojantis „Omniva“, „LP Express“ arba "DPD" paštomatų paslaugomis, priklausomai nuo to, kurį variantą pasirenkate užsakymo metu. Prekių pristatymo trukmė priklauso atitinkamai nuo „Omniva“, „LP Express“, "DPD" paštomatų politikos. Apie prekių atsiėmimą „Omniva“, "LP Express", "DPD" paštomate jus informuos sms žinute (ir elektroniniu laišku jei jį nurodėte užsakymo metu). Tinkamam užsakymo vykdymui, „LP Express“,"Omniva", "DPD" bus perduodama jūsų asmeninė informacija: vardas, pavardė, telefono numeris, elektroninio pašto adresas.

Atsiėmus prekes iš paštomato apžiūrėkite ar siuntą gavote tvarkingą. Jei kyla abejonių - nufotografuokite/nufilmuokite siuntą tokią, kaip ji atrodo išimta iš paštomato ir tą pačią dieną susisiekite su manimi +37061511653 arba vaisvil.lina@gmail.com .

TERMS OF SERVICE AND PRIVACY POLICY

1. General provisions

1.1. These privacy conditions (hereinafter referred to as "Terms") regulate the basic principles and procedure based on which the Seller (hereinafter referred to as "We") manages the personal data provided by Buyers (hereinafter referred to as "Your") during the order on myhandmadegift.com (hereinafter referred to as the e-store) .

1.2. The processing of your personal data is determined by these conditions, the Law on Legal Protection of Personal Data of the Republic of Lithuania and other legal acts regulating the collection of such data.

1.3. Active natural persons have the right to buy in the myhandmadegift.com online store; minors between the ages of fourteen and eighteen, only with the consent of their parents or guardians, except in cases where they dispose of their income independently.

2. Rules for submitting an order

2.1 The buyer is deemed to confirm his order when he pays for it.

2.2 myhandmadegift.com is deemed to have confirmed the order when it receives payment for the order placed.

2.3 Only confirmed orders are processed. For each product, it is indicated whether the product is already manufactured or manufactured after the order ("production term") and how many working days it takes.

2.4. Goods that have a production deadline are considered individual production goods. These items are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.

2.5. Each order is registered and stored in the myhandmadegift.com online store database.

2.6. When ordering goods, you must provide complete and correct information about yourself. If you provide inaccurate, false or misleading data, we have the right to cancel your order.

We collect and use personal data (name, surname, address, telephone number, e-mail address) at the time of ordering in order to: process your orders for goods or services; solve problems related to the provision or delivery of goods; fulfill other contractual obligations.

3. Transfer of personal data to third parties

3.1. provided personal data are provided to third parties - parcel services, for the purpose of order implementation. Data may be transferred to law enforcement authorities in accordance with the procedure provided by the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.

4. Transfer of information or claim

4.2. We provide the response in the form in which we received the notification or claim.

5. Processing of personal data

5.1. You agree that the personal data that you voluntarily provide at the time of placing an order will be processed in accordance with these rules.

8. Final Provisions

8.1. These Privacy Terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Lithuania.

8.2. All disagreements regarding the implementation of these rules are resolved through negotiations. If an agreement cannot be reached, disagreements are resolved in accordance with the procedure established by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.

PACKAGING, SHIPPING AND RETURN PROCEDURE

Packaging of goods

When buying more than one product, all products are packed in one package. Sent in one package. If you want a different packaging, be sure to write about it in the comment box, which you will get during the payment of the order, when you will need to enter your data. Shipping/pickup of goods

After receiving your order, your ordered goods are prepared and shipped within the production time specified in the product description.

The goods in Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia will be shipped via "Omniva", "LP Express" or "DPD" parcel machine services, depending on which option you choose during the order. The delivery time of goods depends on the policy of Omniva, LP Express, DPD post machines, respectively. Omniva, LP Express, DPD post office will inform you about the collection of goods by SMS message (and by e-mail if you specified it during the order). For the proper execution of the order, LP Express, Omniva, DPD will transfer your personal information: name, surname, phone number, e-mail address.

Shipping to other European countries (incl.UK) and USA are done via "Lithuaninan post".

After collecting the goods from the post office, check whether you have received the package in good order. If you have doubts - take a photo/video of the package as it looks when taken out of the post machine and contact me on the same day +37061511653 or vaisvil.lina@gmail.com.
